Gooiland Makelaardij is als enige in Hilversum gespecialiseerd in verhuur en is bekende partij binnen de wereld van expats, we hoefden ons huis niet eens op funda te zetten en het was al verhuurd. De selectie van huurders ging buitengewoon professioneel, en we werden netjes gewezen op de risico’s en consequenties, zoals dat je voor verhuur toestemming moet vragen aan de bank, wat de fiscale gevolgen zijn, maar ook dat een huurder wettelijke bescherming geniet als je eerder het contract wil beeindigen. Wij hebben dus weloverwogen kunnen beslissen.
