We really can't thank Jay and Joanne enough. Our situation is a bit unique, in that we were looking in a large area of the Netherlands. No other realtor would help us, because we were outside of their area. But Adventus helped us with their Adventus Select model, where it didn't matter whether we were operating in their specific area or not. Joanne guided us patiently, with great attention, and was happy to answer any and all questions about the whole process. She genuinely cared about our success, and wanted to preserve our finances while still ensuring we got a home. She had a really great bidding strategy as well that we are so appreciative of. Eventually, we also began working with Jay, who is equally amazing. We felt very protected with Jay, as she helped us avoid a potentially highly problematic home, and just like Joanne, she helped protect our finances while keeping our bid strong. We only needed 3 bids to get our home, and we were only searching for about 4 weeks. All of this is again, thanks to the amazing work by this team! Their prices were very reasonable, given the wide area we were looking at, and how much contact we had with them with all of our video calls and questions. We never felt taken advantage of, or that they were trying to push to find us a home quickly with disregard to our finances. We never felt like they were too busy to help, as both Jay and Joanne were again, always attentive, and even responded to messages after hours. We never felt rushed when we had questions, and they really did care about our experiences during viewings, the bids, the final notary and signing, and even after getting the home.\n\nOne final and very important point: the repeated information was so helpful. During our introductory call, Joanne made it clear the steps that would happen, and what to expect for each step. But every time a new step was about to happen, both Jay and Joanne always made sure to summarize and repeat the expectation at that step. As the process move along from viewings, to bids, to the eventual purchase, it's easy to forget or lose the information about that step and what to expect.
